Leadership Coaching Programmes

I provide Leadership Coaching programmes to:

• Leaders who have been in a leadership role for a long time but currently facing a challenge and would like support to overcome this.

Outplacement Programmes

Providing outplacement services to employees who are facing redundancy, improves your organisation reputation. Terminations are stressful for employees who face those situations. Providing them with a bespoke outplacement programme will help them with this tranisition.

• Career practical training – cv preparation, job searching, interview preparation and LinkedIn.
• Help deal with the emotions of being exited from the organisation.
• Improve their mindset and confidence about their next position.

Career Development Workshops

These interactive workshops are tailored to meet your organisation needs and each participant will be eqipped with practical knowlege, tips and skills that will ensure career sucess. Typically these workshops are 3 hours in duration and focus on 1- 3 topics.
